Product availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, ship only part of an order, divide orders into multiple shipments, or alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated (for example, preorders or peak periods).

Flat rate shipping
Flat rate shipping charges apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat rate may exceed actual shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $250. Offer excludes gift cards and cannot be applied to prior purchases. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
International shipping (coming soon)
International shipping is not available at this time. We plan to offer international shipping in select countries soon. When available, destinations, shipping options, and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit number.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may deduct return shipping costs from any refund where permitted.
Lost, stolen, or missing packages
Please ship to a secure location.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, theft is outside of our control and we are generally unable to refund or replace the order.
If a package is lost and not marked delivered, we can submit a carrier claim on your behalf. Claims must be reported to our customer service within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 1 to 5 days of delivery at customerservice@clerae.com with:

We will work with you on a replacement (subject to inventory) or a refund, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Sales tax
For U.S. orders, sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address as required by applicable laws.

Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. If you have questions or believe there is a discrepancy, keep all packaging and documentation and contact us.
